Alterations/ Trials & Returns


Need alterations? We're here to help. We suggest that you first email us at so that we can provide you with an objective second opinion of how your garments fit. You'll get personal attention from one of our stylists, who will make suggestions on how to best improve the fit of your custom clothes. When you look good, we look good!

The process is very simple, Below are the steps:

  • Step1 – Go to My profile
  • Step2 - Click on My orders
  • Step 3 – In active orders you will see if you have any free alteration given by the seller, If yes the fill the form and the the executive will visit your address for pickup If not, You can select for paid alteration service by entering your information and you will be visited by the executive for pick up.

The alteration service is provided by the partners and is only possible if there are margins in your existing product. Measurement executive discretion will be taken to note if alterations are possible. If not the product will not be picked.

For paid alterations – Alterations cannot have difference of more than 3 inches.

The pricing will change as per the alteration required and will be informed on pickup.

When you place your order you can see how many trials the vendor is offering and choose Date & Time for it respectively.

The Trials service is available on selected categories only.


Not Satisfied with your delivery ? Don’t worry we got you covered.

If you have used all your Alterations & Trials Visit but still are not satisfied with your product, Please mention the reason and product photos with us on and we will get the QC done and return your product at earliest and will refund your amount.

We are there for your convenience

  • You can cancel your order before the product has not been processed for shipment. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded for prepaid orders.

  • Orders for Grainger products will not be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

  • reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Unavailability of products - In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.

  • In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on

  • Suspected fraudulent information Returns.

  • We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
